  • All packages within the UK take between 1-3 working days to reach you through Royal Mail, depending on your choice of delivery.  

  • All packages sent internationally take between 3-10 working days to reach you, depending on your choice of delivery. 

  • Tracking numbers can be sent to customers upon request if tracked delivery is chosen. 

  • If the package is believed to be lost in the post, the customer is to contact us via the contact form so we can assist. 

  • If Royal Mail is unable to deliver, they will leave a red card and the parcel will be waiting for collection at your local post office - details will be on the card. 

  • If the parcel is not collected from the post office, Royal Mail will return it to us. The customer is liable to pay for the item to be resent. 

  • If the customer inputs an incorrect address and the parcel has already been dispatched, they must wait for Royal Mail to send this back to us which can take 2/3 weeks. The customer is liable to pay for the item to be resent. 

Exchange & Refunds

  • We would be happy to provide you with a full refund on your purchase if you are not satisfied with it.  

  • If you would like to make an exchange or refund please use the contact form and include your proof of purchase, order number and purchasing date. We aim to get back to all inquiries within 48 hours. 

  • Please note, items that have been used, worn, removed from the original packaging or not in the condition they were sold, will not be exchanged or refunded. 

  • Exchanges or refunds will not be processed until the items are received in their original condition and packaging intact. 

  • Customers are liable to pay for any remaining cost if they wish to exchange for a more expensive item. 

  • We will not refund the difference if a customer wishes to exchange for a cheaper item. 

  • Exchange or refund requests must be made within 1 week after receiving the item in question. 

  • All customers are liable for their own shipping fees when exchanging or sending back an item to be refunded.

Faulty Items

  • If there is any fault with your item please notify us with 24hrs of receiving your item so we can investigate this for you.

  • If you have faulty item as a result of a manufacturing problem, a replacement item will be sent out to you on the basis you meet the following conditions: 

  1. You have written to us with full details of the fault and included proof of purchase / order number / date. 

  2. You have sent any faulty item images to us - and they have been approved by the Bindi World team. 

  3. Your faulty claim has been made within 1 week of receiving the item

  4. Replacement items will be despatched once the original item has been returned to us. 

*A police reminder that it is an illegal offence to claim an item is lost when you have in fact received it*
